    My system went out on my AC and *** Dickerson was called out to repair it from my warranty company. After the Dickerson company left, I was told I need a new system. The Dickerson Company left and advised that they were call me with the pricing for a new system. I called and got a new quote from another AC company thats reputable in this area. After the new company came, it was brought to my attention that my AC system was trashed. I called *** Dickerson and was told that it wasnt them I received another opinion and this from another reputable company, and this time they took pictures and videos. After looking at the pictures and videos I called *** Dickerson back and was told again that they didnt do it. I feel like Ive been taken advantage of because Im a single black female living alone! I need a lawyer ****.

    This company tried to cheat me out of money. I was on an insurance plan with *********** and they told me that I could not use my plan for what they had to do. Which *********** says that that's not true they pay for all pipes and services.
