1 starI guess I am in the minority here but Osborne Plumbing told me that I needed over $6000 of work done on my pipes that I didn't need. I decided to get a second opinion and sure enough, they lied. This would have been a major job. Digging up concrete in my basement to get to the pipes and also under my den. I was so stressed thinking I needed this done. It would have wrecked my basement. Thank god I got a second opinion. It turns out that I didn't need any of it done. There were no tree roots in my pipes. There is no way that they made a mistake either. When the other plumber came out and showed me on camera that there were no roots, I was so relived but also very upset that I had been lied to. I am writing this review to warn people not to trust this company.Review fromC. H

Osborne Plumbing & Drain were truly a lifesaver. I consider Jamil and ****** were the face of the company. They were very professional, they listened to my concerns, and they answered all my questions. I made a decision to move forward with the repair solely based on the confidence and reassurance from ***** and ******. After the work was complete, they provided details of the job, shared pictures of their work and explained the warranty. I will say, understanding that emergencies arise, I would recommend hiring more technicians and customer service personnel to prevent service delays. Jamil and ****** were top notch, so my rating is 5 stars.

Osborne Plumbing and Drain is a top notch business. Every employee is skilled at their job, whether it is admin, a tech, a helper, or any other job title. As elderly people, it is a a relief to us to know our provider is trustworthy, the work will be done in an outstanding manner, and that we have access to all the information or follow-up we could ever need. The two plumbers arrived on time, wore protective covers over their shoes, went straight to checking out our needs, gave us a quote, and did the necessary repairs in a timely manner. They answered our questions and were able to explain the full scope of the job. We are completely satisfied. It hard to beat that when you are spending your money on something you rarely see and that you take for granted. God bless the plumbers of the world, hahaha!Osborne Plumbing & Drain, LLC
