    Ended up on BBB website after several methods to research companies to replace ********* hot water heater. Waters Heaters Gold is licensed and has an A+ accreditations with the BBB and this fit my requirement of someone whose main job is hot water heaters. Per Water Heaters Gold website link, I explained what I had (50-gal, direct vent, natural gas water heater located in my garage) and included several photos with my request to be contacted about an estimate to replace the unit. Received a reply the next morning with a reasonable estimate that fit my budget. I was able to set up an appointment to have the work completed within several days. He sent me a text when he was enroute, arrived on time, work took several hours as he said it would, took the time to explain to me how the heater works, how to drain, how to adjust for vacations and left the area as clean as it was when he arrived. He completed the warranty for me and I received an email directly from *************************** **************** Seriously could not ask for anything more, the transaction from beginning to end was low stress and easy to complete.
