    This company collecting credit cards info and other customers information using their POS. They won't help or offer to follow up with you on anything. Horrible customer service. They have a small office with one phone with all employees in one room, you can hear to be claimed supervisor walking to come get the phone with background noises. this company is a scam and they treat customers in unmoral and disrespectful way. They raise prices without any updates or notifications. They force the customer to sign up with their merchant services to get the best out of their software. If you refuse they wont even answer your calls and put your number on block. I was a loyal customer for this company over 15 years with 16 business locations. They refuse to add cash price and credit card price because it is illegal as what ***** who claimed to the manager, but here is the catch that feature is available if you sign up with their merchant services based in *****, so they call collect your customers info and start they scam scheme. I will blast this business and show the world not to give this scam company based in ***** to steal our people's credit card info while they are claiming it is illegal to add cash and credit price on the pos even it was added for years on there, but they can't do legit or fair business. they are raised to be thieves, they want the merchant account and credit card info, which I don't trust a company based in ***** to steal my customers identities because I have values and respect for my customers unlike cell smart pos and pos nations who are providing new laws made by them to scare immigrants to get them to sign up with their merchant services, and boom all U.S customer's credit and personal info are stored in their servers in ***** and the calls starts from there. I offered their supervisor to speak to my attorney and explain why is it illegal when gas stations post different prices for cash and credit card right out on a huge sign seen by everybody

Regarding the pricing issue, we've recently removed the surcharge option from our software to be more universally compliant across all states. We don't force customers to process through us and using our processing is recommended for a more seamless experience, especially since we plan to offer dual pricing on CellSmart soon. The option to add cash and credit prices independently is available, though it's important to note that liability falls on the user in certain states.

    Pos nation advertised running scandata cigarettes promotion and charged me $50 a month , only to find out their software is Incompatible with the loyalty promotion they advertise and costs Had a csm set up the promotion himself, telling me everything looks good to go 6 months later they're telling me our system was never compatible, won't take responsibility, won't reimburse me for the money they lost me and won't even take their pos back Not to mention constant technical software and hardware issues Worst experience ever

    I purchased this system for a garden center and have found the system to be very poor. The hardware is cheap and outdated. The credit card terminal *tap* feature does not work. The scanner feels like a cheap toy. The backend is very clunky. It does not sync with Quickbooks Online, despite being told prior to my purchase that it would. The system is generally hard to operate and not user friendly.The worst part, however, is trying to cancel your service. I have requested cancellation on more than one occasion and my sales rep continuously dodges the question of how to cancel, instead making false promises to fix my issues. Even the ** of ******* offered to step in to help me resolve the issues with my account, which in the end turned out to be nothing but false promises. At this point I just want to cancel my service with them and to advise anyone else considering this POS to go elsewhere. This is NOT a good system or a reliable company.

    I purchased a register from POSNATION for my business. I was told that the register does EBT cash transaction. When I tried to run an EBT cash transaction the register would not recognize the transaction. Then their support department told me that I needed to get a Verifone provided by POSNATION. Once I received the Verifone it does not recognize EBT cash transaction. Once I reached to POSNATION, ***************************** from the technical support department sent me an email saying that I could run the transaction as EBT food items which is illegal, and he also know because he said that I would be committing fraud. But POSNATION are the one committing fraud for selling merchandise that does not fulfill the purpose for which I purchased them; even though that they advised me to purchase the Verifone in order for the register to work along with EBT transaction.

Our merchant services team did clarify that our integrated processing system only supports EBT transactions, not EBT Cash transactions specifically. It is the merchant's responsibility to determine and identify such needs and clarify these needs during the account setup process. If you require EBT Cash processing you should source the appropriate equipment from your state EBT authorities. This was clarified during your original setup in June and again when you called in August regarding EBT Cash transactions. Thank you.
