    Hired him for a 65 unit property to do electrical work. Turns out he does not have a license, it was suspended due to bad practices. He does not know how to do work on his own, tries to write off his partner's work as his. We have had to hire other electrician's to fix what he broke and ************************* tries to charge us for it. He will go to any lengths to force additional payments since he uses money from one project to pay for another. ******* has been reported to the ************************* by multiple people. Terrible communication, shows up without notice and just knocks on tenant's homes which is against their lease.

    This company are low life bottom feeders, they try to get vendors/contractors and subs to do the work on this badly dilapidated property for free. After you give them a price they can afford, they still start trying to find ways not to pay you or get uncovered work done for the already low price. My partners and I completed the work back May 26th 2024 and we had to place a mechanics lien on the property to get them to respond to my draw request, making fraudulent reports is common practice by the cheap customer that don't want to or can't pay what is owed. A company of lien is filed in the courthouse downtown *********. I have been in business over 30 years, in that time I've had 100's of satisfied customers with testimonies and referrals to prove it. unfortunately. some people are just not as optimistic as others and can only see things their way. Which is not realty, so those stiff necked people are the ones that come here and make their frivolous complaints.
