    To Whom It May ************ shipped out my order wrong- placed on May 3, 2024 and shipped on May 6, 2024 (tracking number **********************). I ordered the Highways and Low Days Shirt/CD bundle. My package only included a Large T-shirt when I ordered an XL and no CDs. I also ordered a ****************** Edition Signed CD which was not in my package. My order is #****. I reached out to several different email addresses since there isnt one listed on my packing slip: ********************************* *********************************** and ******************************** on May 8-16, 2024. I sent many emails with no response so I reached out to AllsWell Records on instagram and on ******** with no response and they blocked my messages siting spam. Money has been taken on your end and I have no products and NO response from anyone at AllsWell Records. I need to hear from someone and get a refund or my items I ordered. This is no way to run a business. I have been working to get this resolved since May 1, 2024. My email is ************************* My Order#**** The items I ordered are:Highways and Low Days Shirt/CD bundle in XL A Signed Paper Cuts CD Limited Edition Ive done everything on my end to fix this problem. ****

    Hey there!  So sorry for the confusion - we ship this stuff all ourselves and the shirts come from somewhere else - sometimes our system gets a bit confused since it's about four or five different programs that are all supposed to speak to each other but sometimes if the shirt goes out fast in those bundle orders it will mark the order as complete already - doesn't happen often and I usually catch it but we'll refund your order!
