This is not a company you want to hire. Consider yourself warned. ***************** was hired to replace the roof on my home which he did but in doing so he left all the used cans of Tar on top of the house stating that's what they do for future use. Then I allowed him to convince me that he was a general contractor and he could replace my steps leading to the porch which was a total of seven steps. He was given a deposit for materials on 12/08/23. He told me the steps were ready some time around 12/19. When I went to survey the steps before final payment, the ends were uneven, every other step made you lean forward, a couple steps wasn't secured and gaps in between the steps. When I addressed it he said I'll fix it. Well on 12/31 he reached out for his final payment at that point I told him I will meet him over to inspect the steps before paying him . Let's note I was watching my camera at all times. Upon meeting him on 1/02/24 the steps were still unsafe and poorly done. He grab a drill and put a couple screws in which wasn't acceptable. I told him to leave don't worry about it I'll get someone else and that I wasn't paying him for wasting and destroying my materials, he beg to let him make the corrections. I told him no stay away from my home. A couple days later he text threaten to put a lien on my home because he fail to build a safe set of stairs. He went on and on with threats till I finally told him I will call the county if the county says they are safe and done right I will pay you. Upon looking up his LLC I found out it was dissolved. As of 01/08/24 this matter is tbc. until I hear from the county. PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HIRING CONTRACTORS OR YOU WILL END UP WITH SOMEONE LIKE ***************** A CON. HE IS DEFINITELY NOT A GC. Oh may I add in the beginning he stated he had someone to do the steps and apparently they didn't want to deal with him so he call his self trying to replace them his self. Truthfully he doesn't even deserve 1 star.
