Larrys company installed a new A/C system that never functioned appropriately in late June 2024. Some of the issues are as follows:Larry, I am unavailable this morning but heres a list of the issues weve had since the install. Ive paid $700 over the past month to try to rectify some of them but everything comes back to a poor install.I paid to replace and run 2x 18x10 communication wire because the old wire didnt have enough to communicate properly. Every time your team came back to hack something together to make it work, it didnt. Now with the proper wire installed it still doesnt. The gas line is free hanging and is metal on metal. Weve been told this will lead to a gas leak. There is a corrugated aluminum pipe installed for the gas line which not only is a code violation but is also a safety concern. This should be a solid black iron pipe. The furnace is directly on the floor which will cause an issue in the event of a leak. The gas pressure in the furnace is too high and needs to be recalibrated. It was also mentioned that there is a weighted shut off that was not replaced or configured appropriately and its leading to the furnace short cycling. We were told that the drain pan was never replaced and is original. There has also been some concern about how the drain piping was installed and run.The heat pump, which we paid extra for, has never worked. The unit will only blow cold air. There was concern that the evaporator coil and heat exchanger was not installed properly loading to a large section not receiving proper air ******** tech mentioned an additional transformer should be installed to help balance the electrical load of all the components of the system. Both of the other companies have concerns about a potential refrigerant leak based on their readings and wanted to do a more thorough leak test.I have reached out constantly about the issues but never received a response. I feel like we were scammed.

On July 10, 2019, I hired this company to install an evaporator coil, a mechanical part of the **** system, air conditioner, that is partly responsible for cooling. This part has a 5-year warranty, which is standard with most **** companies. In April, 2023, the air conditioner stopped cooling. A technician came out and diagnosed the problem and said the evaporator coil was leaking. Three technicians came out and said the same thing, that the evaporator coil was leaking and needed to be replaced. I contacted Larry ********, the owner on August 16, 2023, and asked him about the warranty and told him it was leaking. He said he needed a copy of the label on the coil. I sent him a copy of the label on the coil by text and asked what the next step was. He did not respond. I then sent him the invoice from one of the companies that had diagnosed the problem. I called him back on Thursday, August 24th and he asked me when he could come out to check the unit. I made an appointment for Saturday August 26, 2023 at 12:00 noon. Around 11:05 am, I called and spoke to him and told him if he was available, he could come at that time. He said he could not come sooner than 12 noon. He said he would call when he was on the way. At 7:00 pm he had not called and was not answering his phone and blocked messages. I could not leave a phone message, so I texted him. He did not respond. He did not show up for the appointment nor contact me about it at all.
