I am filing this complaint regarding substandard work, misrepresentation of licensure, unethical billing practices, and unprofessional conduct by ***************************, USA Roofing Group LLC, and ****** ********. These issues have resulted in failed inspections, delays, and financial losses.1. Deficient Work and Failed Inspections The contractor was hired to complete framing work that required passing inspection by Mecklenburg County. Despite two inspections, the work remains noncompliant with the engineers report and county standards. No substantive progress has been made since I informed the contractor of these deficiencies on or around October 31, leading to a six-week delay.2. Misrepresentation of Licensure The contractor claimed to hold a North Carolina general contractors license. Upon review, this claim is false. The number provided (*******) is a Secretary of State ID for ********************** LLC, not a contractors license. This misrepresentation is deceptive and raises concerns about the contractors qualifications.3. Unethical Billing Practices The contractor issued unauthorized invoices and demanded payment for unapproved charges. Threats to file liens, intimidation, and defamatory statements were used to coerce payment. Despite failing to achieve contractual milestones, the contractor repeatedly demanded additional compensation.4. Unpaid Subcontractors Subcontractors hired by the contractor have stated they were not paid for their work, further demonstrating unprofessionalism and a failure to meet obligations.I terminated the agreement due to the contractors failure to complete the work, misrepresentation of licensure, and unethical practices. I ask the BBB to:Ensure the contractor ceases all contact.Investigate the contractors licensure claims and billing ************** to ensure subcontractors are paid. This situation has caused significant disruption, and I request the BBBs assistance in resolving it promptly.

Mr. ****** ********, vanished once the job was completed, He was always unprofessional and untrustworthy, asking my subs. for their phone number to go behind my back and hire them without my knowledge, Mr. ****** is a person without morals, He made a decision not to pay the remaining balance of our agreement, I told him if we don't get paid, He terminated our contract to avoid paying what we agree on. We have no choice than put a lien in your property that's exactly what we did.

    I have zero complains Nationwide.

Its very sad to meet persons like Mr. ****** ******** who thinks He will step on handworkers.

    Response to ****** ********** Reply
    Dear BBB Representative,
****** ********* reply fails to address the substantive concerns raised and relies on false narratives and personal attacks. I will clarify the unresolved issues:
    Misrepresentation of Licensure
Mr. ******** falsely claimed to hold a North Carolina general contractors license. The cited number ********* is a Secretary of State ID, not a contractors license, raising serious concerns about his qualifications.
    Substandard Work and Failed Inspections
The framing work failed two county inspections, despite repeated assurances from Mr. ******** and his engineer that it was ready. The contract specified that the final payment would only be made upon passing inspection, which did not occur.
    Unethical Billing Practices
Mr. ******** issued additional invoices for unapproved charges to correct deficiencies in his workdeficiencies that still failed inspection. These charges were unauthorized and contrary to the original contract terms.
    Unpaid Subcontractors
In October, a subcontractor approached us directly, stating they had not been paid by Mr. ********* This contradicts his claim of "zero complaints" and highlights unprofessional conduct.
    Personal Attacks
Mr. ********* statements about my character are baseless and irrelevant. These remarks serve only to deflect attention from the legitimate issues regarding his misrepresentation, substandard work, and unethical practices.
    Summary
    The facts remain unchanged:
    Mr. ******** misrepresented his licensure.
The work was substandard and failed inspection.
Unauthorized charges were added, and subcontractors remain unpaid.
Final payment is not due because contractual milestones were not met.
    I request the BBB:
Investigate Mr. ********* licensure and billing practices.
Assist in ensuring subcontractors are paid.
Thank you for addressing this matter.

I never stated I hold a general contractor license.

When Mr. ******** asked for our help, He never requested a general contractor license. this small job was only to demolish a small carport and built it the same way the agree price was $23.850.00, according to the North Carolina board a work under $40.000.00 General Contractor is Not required.

    I just wonder how many other hard-working people are being robbed by ***************, (****** B ********) *************************************************

We advised many times to get an Engineer before our work, but he stated (((NO I don't want any engenders in my house is too expensive)))), I was to kind I paid for the Engender report ($1,500.00) to facilitate the work. and this Caracter is just another ***** in the neighborhood.

We advised Mr. ******** to pay the remaining balance, but He just hide like a ***** never answered our phone calls, months later the email the framing inspection giving ultimatums (if you don't fix this work in 3 days i will cancel this contract, which is unethical, not giving us a chance to fix any error on the mention work perform. in other His plan to still money from us was his idea from the beginning.

I have paid all my subs; Mr. ******** is nothing but a liar and a cook who wants to get away with what he ***** ($12,000.00)
