    I do not want to leave a single star for this place and I'm surprised it has the ratings that it does. I'm new to Charlotte and started getting invites to hang with a group of my friends at this restaurant on Thursdays when they have bingo an Karaoke. My friends are regulars as well as a few other so the managers reserve seats for them at the bar. I have no problem with that but what I had a problem with was him not allow me to sit at the bar at all. Each we there was some new rule just so I could not sit at the bar. He went so far as to remove all seats at the bar other the the assigned seats. On this particular night my friend called and asked me to meet them since 2 of the guys (which are our friends and the regulars) where not there or coming. Reluctant due to prior treatment, My daughter and I show up to the bar and waited and waited patiently to be served by the bartender. When I finally made eye contact with the bartender she came over and told me that the Manager named ****, told them not to serve us because we are sitting in the assigned. My friends told her that our others friends were not coming. She said she had to follow what the manager told them and not serve us. You would think someone would stand up for whats right but I guess they are afraid of being fired. I work in *************** at very large corporate office so I know what unfair treatment and discrimination looks like. One of my friends asked why was he doing this and his exact words were I said what I said and they can leave. I never exchanged words with him because I'm not that ignorant and would rather leave with class and spend my money elsewhere. I have never in my almost 48 years of life experience anything like this. This is not an isolated incident at this place but it was the worst. The only people that keeps this place running with high ratings on ****** has to be his friend and family **** is rude, unprofessional and needs to learn business and customer service etiquette.

    The restaurant returned my credit card to the wrong table and the people stole my credit card and charged my card within 3 minutes of it being stolen. Over $11,000 in combined charges were attempted. The restaurant didnt even comp my meal, and only gave me a $25 gift card for my troubles. I will never go here again as this type of incompetence is unacceptable. The restaurant was not busy nor crowded. This should have never happened.
