    I visited a Dunkin' Donuts store on January 24, 2023, between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. I experienced rude customer service. as to why I do not often visit this store. The customer service representatives have very poor customer service skills, to the point of being nasty and rude. On this particular day, when I came in to the Dunkin Store at *******************************************************, I ordered a Wake-Up morning wrap with specific components and then decided to add something different. "You didn't say that at first," customer service said, in the tone of someone speaking to a dog. So, then I explained to her that I had a right to change my mind. She was very rude. As I spoke to the Dunkin' Donuts manager of this store, someone named Cat, some time ago about the attitudes of her employees, the customer service got better. However, it appears that they have different employers and are not consistently trained. As I live not too far from this Dunkin' Donuts store, I, along with a group of my friends, do not go into this store; we go way across town, where the attitudes are better. I filed a complaint with Dunkin' Donuts *************************** but it has been ignored. Perhaps if Dunkin Donuts took my concerns seriously, as well as all of the negative ****** reviews about the rude customer service people have experienced at the Dunkin Donuts store on ***************************************************, something could be done. Especially the review where the consumer stated: "Although she lives within walking distance of this Dunkin, she will never return." She would rather drive to another location.
