    I spent over $400 on a cover letter and resume I had it redone twice. It is the worst resume I have seen I asked for it to be redone the girl was rude it was a horrible experience I have had companies and professional look at it and say how poorly it was done! I want my money back! Ive been calling and calling and calling and emailing demanding a refund no one is getting back to me

    Kindly advise this person to copy their review and submit a complaint against the correct company they did business with. This client most likely went through a company called Top Resume which we have no affiliation with. We are Top Resume Experts located here in **************. Top Resume is a very poor online resume writing factory. We have no connection, partnership, or affiliation with TopResume.

On January 29, ****, I engaged their services after thorough research and positive reviews, initiating contact with ******* at 6 p.m.After a $530.37 payment, *** (*********), the designated writer, admitted her lack of expertise in my Information Technology (I.T.) field. Despite providing my resume, ***'s questions revealed her insufficient understanding, suggesting a copy-and-paste approach.Recognizing the importance of a well-crafted I.T. resume, I promptly canceled at 10:25 p.m. (EST) the same day. Top Resume Experts declined my request despite no work being initiated and is currently unresponsive.I seek BBB's assistance for a resolution and a full $530.37 refund.     As we have stated numerous time to this client, we are more than happy, willing, and eager to provide all services to him. After spending over 45 minutes speaking to an Account Manager, client went online and made payment. Within 1 hour, we reached out to him to schedule his interview. Client said he changed his mind because he is unemployed and does not have much money and waiting for unemployment to come in. We advised the client we would help him by waiving a $79 rush fee. Client then emailed and called us over 15 times within hours. Due to the signed contract the customer read, understood, and agreed to, there are no refunds. If we dropped the ball or made any mistakes, we would have then considered a refund. We have done nothing wrong on our end. As per the signed Contract, no refunds shall be issued.

    I am rejecting this response because the information they shared with us is inaccurate and misleading.

    Following a $530.37 payment, *** (*********), the assigned writer, admitted to lacking expertise in my Information Technology (I.T.) field.

    Despite providing my resume, it became apparent through our conversation and her subsequent questions that she lacked the necessary understanding, suggesting a potential reliance on a basic copy-and-paste approach.
    After talking to their writer, *** (*********), I discovered that she is not equipped to craft an I.T. field resume due to her admitted lack of experience.

    Given the misrepresentation of services and lack of any tangible service provided, I am requesting a full refund of $530.37.

    I learned that I am not the only one facing such issues. ****** shared that he has received 20 or more complaints about Top Resume Experts recently.

    In my interaction with the Top Resume Experts company, Im trying to highlight the absence of a clear refund policy and a signed contract (not provided a contract nor signed one)
    Their website or/nor verbal communication(s) did not mention a 'no refund' policy,and no contract has been signed.

    Client can clearly see our Terms & Conditions page which states no refunds. Client can also email ***************************************** for a copy of his contract which we have stated to him numerous times. Again, we are more than happy, willing, and eager to provide the client with all services that he has paid for. Client must email his writer directly to schedule is interview.
