    I made a purchase in ****** back in September 2024 and the cashier encouraged me to use my ****** credit card to save money. I agreed and once I got the bill, I paid it online through *************** in the amount of $156.06. I was later contacted that my payment was not received and charged a late fee. I explained it had been paid, but agreed to pay again and thought I could stop payment on the first payout, but was unable to. I got *************** to provide documentation that ****** deposited the first payment and sent this to ******. I've repeatedly asked for a refund to no avail. I paid 2x for this and ****** owes me $156.06 and will not refund me. I am asking for a refund in the amount of $156.06.

    I was at this store on 12/20/23. My son chose a pair of shoes to purchase. They did not have the needed size in store. The associate placed an online order for the shoes in the correct size, to be shipped to my home. We PAID IN CASH. The next day I receive an email that the order was canceled. No reason why, or how to get a refund since I PAID IN CASH. I attempted to reach customer service through live chat unsuccessfully, sent an email with no response, and have been unable to reach them by phone. Was on hold over 2 hours yesterday 12/21, and so far as I type this, just short of another 2 hours today. My first attempt at calling, the message said they can't take anymore calls right now.This morning, 12/22, I went to the store location to get a refund. They would not issue me a refund. So I did not and will not receive the shoes, and was refused my money back- $144 and change.
