      Purchasing shoes during the holiday as a gift. The cashier applied a 20% coupon where none of the companies coupon stipulations or policies are available. Just a seemingly promotional holiday coupon. In the event of an even exchange for the same shoe, just different size. The coupon was deemed no longer available, and I was owed a balance. The cashier said this is their policy. So they apply a promotional coupon which inhibits even exchange and allows the store to then utilize its expiration to grab more cash. During the holiday season mind you. Where shoes are bought as gifts and more likely to be the wrong size or style. This is a complete money grabbing scheme with no transparency as the coupon was not given with transparency on the terms and conditions. There for a did not agree to a temporary discount and would not have agreed to applying it knowing it limits my actual value of product.

      Their signage says BOGO but only $10 off. Wasted time looking for a pair but ended up paying for 2 pairs anyway.

      The items purchased are excluded from the **** 50% discount. The information is included with the price signage. Eligible ONLY as 1st pair in **** Transaction. Cannot be 50% off 2nd pair in **** Transaction.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I suggest them to recreate their signages. I went to a Rack room shop and asked for explanation how their promotion works. It was explained very well but not all customers or employees ask and just leaves the store without good experience. I am not asking for a refund as I need the shoes but this is purely misleading and needs to be corrected.
