    My car was damaged as a result of negligent practices by the company,I spent days trying to contact someone in the company to discuss it, but every phone number listed on their website is disconnected. I eventually tracked down a number from the BBB website to a random department where they immediately disconnected from me. I filed a TORT form with NCDOT, and 6 months later I hear back from the company via email that they are not paying to fix my car, ~525$ for a new windshield with no explanation as to why despite me having all the proper documentation. When trying to contact the company again to discuss it, I was unable to contact any humans and all available lines are disconnected. I was again able to track down a random HR employee who again forwarded me to someone who disconnected me. They're negligent actions have led to severe damage to my car that at this rate, won't be handled in time for yearly state inspections. I suspect the company may be a front of some kind as all of their phone numbers for this supposedly large company are disconnected or non functional. I think they are hiding potential criminal activity bec I cannot think of why else a company would be so dodgy about being contacted.

    This company has done road construction in front of my house and in my yard and has left parts of my yard starting to sink and the road is angled where all the water runs directly into my yard which causes major drainage issues. *** spent ****** in repairs to fix my basement to prevent flooding and longer and have asked for them to bring in dirt or level the rd in front of my house and they refuse. The supervisor for lane construction called and said he was in front of my property and the rd wasnt leaning toward my property but yet I have photos of it clearly and the major run off while it was raining in several spots. Everyone else including the town of ********** water employees can clearly see the rd slanted but the gentleman from **** who I believe his name was ***** said I should wait until September after they lay yet another layer of asphalt (to which then their job would be complete) and take it up with DOT and the town of **********. Im just looking for help for my yard not to wash away. I do plan to install drains but my yard shouldnt have to take on all of the downfall.
