5 starsIron Sharp Precision Contracting is a fantastic Roofing Company! The installers (all 9 of them) had a place on the roof or ground and knew exactly what needed to be done. I was amazed by the speed of removing the old roof, attaching the felt padding, and then installing the roof shingles. The workers on the ground kept up with cleanup and assisting those installers on the roof with needed supplies. No messing around, this was a full work day for these guys. Once finished the lawn cleanup continued until all debris was removed, excellent job by all. Iron Sharpe Precision Contracting has been an asset in my community of 33 townhomes. So pleased as to what began as a roofing contract with ISPC, it then became a pressure wash/painting contract for the community. **************** is professional, prompt, fair and honest. He stands by his work and that really means a lot. The workers were helpful, dedicated and considerate of any homeowners concerns. Both jobs were done in a timely manner. I had concerns about ******* after losing shingles recently after a storm. I contacted Iron Sharp. They were responsive and professional. As soon as we discussed my concerns, they came to evaluate *******. They were back to meet with my insurance adjuster within the week. The team was awesome, were on the job around 6am and ******* replacement was completed on the same day! ******** eased my fears and Id recommend him and this company to anyone looking to repair or replace their roof.Iron Sharp Precision Contracting, LLC
