    Service was never provided. Original agreement started May 15 no work was started after 4 months. Now the Owner *** is trying to refuse a refund and if a refund is provided. He is trying to force us to stay silent about our experience.

After receiving your request, we consulted with our legal team to ensure that we handle the matter correctly and in accordance with the terms of the agreement. At this time, the matter is still under legal review, and our attorney is actively working on resolving the situation.

    Although we are not obligated to provide a full refund outside of the rescission period, we are committed to working with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution. We will contact you as soon as we have more information from our legal team and can proceed with the next steps.

    Original date of service was Oct 2021. American Dream Remodeling was called to repair 1-2 shingles on my roof of my house. I got the recommendation from a neighbor. They came out and completed some work within a week. Charge was close to $250.When I arrived home from Work to see what was done, the shingle had been replaced with another shingle of different color and 2-3 sizes too small. I immediately called to try to talk to someone and was guaranteed someone would come out to look and see what the problem was. He said he would order the correct shingle and have it replaced. No one came. After subsequent texts and calls to different people with the company all promising someone would come out, no one came. It has now been over a year. I have called the main number and spoken to a lovely woman that tried to help me by making appts for them to come out. No one came. That was in late Nov 2022 and early Dec 2022. I have now been calling the main number for the past 2 1/2 weeks and it goes straight to a generic automated VM system asking to leave a message. I have left 2 messages. I know its only $250, but its the principle of the business practices they are using that are poor.I dont want them to fix it at this point, I just want my money back and for no one else to get scammed by this company.
