5 starsThese guys are excellent. My roof looks great. ****** ****** was very friendly and professional. He stayed in touch with me during the entire process, explained everything Majestic would be doing and came to the house when the insurance adjuster stopped by. The working crew did an outstanding job. They were very efficient, worked from **** to dusk to complete the work in one day and focused on leaving the yard clean and free of any debris including the nails. I would definitely use them again and would recommend Majestic Roofing to anyone.Review fromAlisha B

First and foremost, I cannot express the professionalism of this company. They did a very thorough investigation of our roof and discovered storm damage including hail damage. A report was submitted to our insurance company (********) and of course they only approved the bare minimum and said that there was no storm damage to our roof, that it was just normal wear and tear which was hard to believe considering our screens had damage as well as the gutter system. I informed Majestic Roofing of the unfortunate decision made by the insurance adjuster. They immediately offered to come back out and reinspect the roof and this time added pictures of our mailbox as proof of hail damage which was insane because our neighbor who is with Allstate got their roof replacement done 2-3 months before hand due to storm damage yet we were told "There were NO storms in our area at the time" well according to the weather report, which was a lie because I pulled up the weather report & sent them a screenshot of it proving they were lying to us to avoid paying for our total roof replacement. A second inspection & a request for a new insurance adjuster were done & we were approved. The first truck arrived at 6:30am they were set up & ready to go by 7am & they were cleaning up by 1pm. They covered everything with tarps & went around with a magnetic tool multiple times to get as much nail debris as possible! Afterwards we did a walk through & I was highly impressed with their clean up job. We felt that Mr. ****** ****** went above and beyond throughout the entire process! He kept open honest communication no matter what it concerned and he made sure to explain every step of the process. He kept a positive ************ give not only the company 5 stars but I give 5 stars to ****** & the entire roofing crew! They are able to do what the do because they are very well organized & very professional. Please check them out or if you need a replacement. We are very pleased with the final outcome.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the new roof on our house and our building. The crew were so efficient making sure to protect the bushes and trees around our house. They did a wonderful clean up and left no evidence that they had even torn off two roofs. We were very impressed with the work and efficiency of the crew. My wife and I recently had to have our roof replaced due to a hailstorm in August 2023 and just the normal wear and tear of a 15-year-old roof. I had 3 roofing companies come out and give us estimates for the new roof and we also contacted our Insurance Agent to file a claim on roof replacement. Majestic Roofing sent ************************* out to walk me through the entire process with Insurance companies and claims. ****** came out and got on the roof with the adjuster. After I received payment from my insurance company, I called ****** at Majestic Roofing to get on their schedule for our new roof for March 11th. The crews punctuality was incredible they were in my driveway at 5:45am just waiting to go to work. At first crack of daylight the crew started setting up their equipment and tearing off the old roof. They had about an 8-man crew and the tore off the old roof in approx. 2 hours. Watching them work on our house, and the attention to detail the crew had been incredible. ****** came to the job to check on the crew and the supervisor told him there was a 5-inch HVAC vent pipe through the roof, but all we had to replace it was a 4-inch HVAC vent pipe and a 4-inch round storm duct starting collar. What we needed was a 5-inch HVAC vent pipe and a 5-inch round storm duct starting collar. This is where ******************************* went above and beyond my expectations, ****** personally drove me to 8 roofing supply companies before we finally found the 5-inch gas vent flashing and a 5-inch round storm duct starting collar. Majestic Roofing showed me their Positive Attitudes, Professionalism, Quality Work, and a Very knowledgeable group of people. My wife and I were totally amazed at the communication shown to us. Majestic Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. The company were very neat, courteous, trustworthy and kept us in contact through the whole process.
