      ON FEBRUARY 24, 2024, MIGHTY ROOFING REPLACED THE **** ON A HOME THAT I AM CURRENTLY LEASING FROM THE ****** DURING THE **** THAT THE **** WAS REPLACED, I WAS OUT OF TOWN AND RETURNED SUNDAY NIGHT. ON MONDAY FEBRUARY 26, 2024, I DISCOVERED THAT MIGHTY ROOFING HAD BROKEN SEVERAL OF MY SOLAR LIGHTS AND ATTEMPTED TO HIDE WHAT THEY HAD DONE. THEY ALSO DID NOT REPLACE THE LIGHTS IN THE MANNER IN WHICH THEY WERE BEFORE. I CALLED MIGHTY ROOFING AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH ******* AND ******. AS OF THE DATE OF THIS COMPLAINT, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM THE BUSINESS.

      We received **************** complaint around 300 on Feb 27 at the main office via a phone call.  Our manager for North Charlotte spoke to her before close of business on the same day to understand her complaint and respond to it.  She indicated that several solar ground lights had been damaged.  We offered to replace them and ask her to send pictures at her convenience during this phone call.  As of this time (28 February), we have not received pictures or any further correspondence from ************.   I am more than happy to have this resolved at our expense and at the earliest opportunity.  Roofing is a messy job, and things happen, and we are available to work through issues quickly and easily.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I like accuracy.  The business received the initial complaint on the morning of February 26, 2024 and again when I called back on February 27, 2024. As I stated previously, I spoke to 2 different people who assured me that they were going to get this matter to right individual.  I received a call from a manager later in day on February 27, 2024.
