  Steele Restoration is fantastic! This is the second time i've used them and they are very good and thorough. The nicest thing is they do an excellent job of cleaning up the job site. Most roofers leave hundreds of nails all over your yard, they do not! Highly recommend them for your roofing needs.**********

  When I hire a contractor I expect three things. You show up to work on the day that is scheduled and on time. You do everything you say you're gonna do. And finally, you answer your phone, messages or emails with in 24 hours. Steele Restoration did all three. The owner ****, makes everything super easy. He sticks to a timeline and delivers on everything. His job site ******* is amazing and does whatever he needs to do to make sure everything goes smoothly. His roofing crew worked their ***** off on a very big, very steep roof. They cleaned up everything and answered any questions I had during the process. The office staff is a 10 on a 10. They were so friendly and so helpful. ******* looks absolutely amazing. We've already had several inches of rain and there were no issues. Im not a review writer , but this company definitely deserves credit for being top notch. I highly, highly recommend.

  Steele Restoration was amazing to work with. Following a recommendation from my neighbor, **** inspected the roof and identified sufficient damage to warrant involving my insurance company. ****************** met **** here at the house and within ten days the claim was accepted, the job scheduled and completed. My agent said that they've worked a lot with Steele Restoration and that they were great to work with and he was right! It was an effortless process. The crew showed up on time and they put a new roof on in 1 day! They exhibit a high level of professionalism and deliver work of exceptional quality!

  I contacted Steele Restoration to file my claim and help me with my insurance company to replace my roof and gutter system due to hail damage. They were responsive and communicative in each step of the process. Super easy installation of both roofing and gutter system. I highly recommend them.

  I contracted with Steele Restoration to file my claim and work with my insurance to replace my roof from hail damage. They spotted flaws in the roof that I was unaware of and took steps to ensure that the roof would be functional and safe for years to come. They were on time and good to their word with all facets of the job. Absolutely the easiest company I have ever done business with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch roofing company.

  ***** crew was wonderful!!!They did an excellent job in one day!They did repairs, stripped old shingles and put down a beautiful new roof for us! It makes the house look brand new and we couldnt be happier. **** found hail damage and worked with our insurance to get everything covered! We are so grateful!All our foundation plants were protected and they left the yard immaculate!!This company is who you want on your roof! We also got new gutters with guards a week later. Everything was done on time and thoughtfully. Total professionals!

  I contacted Steele after a hail storm and they were very easy to work with. They came right away to meet with me, they scheduled the inspection, the worked with my insurance process and were able to explain the process very easily. Their crew was very efficient and professional and great cleanup. I would definitely Recommensed Steele Restoration. **************

  Steele does not deliver on their promises or their obligations to their contract. I paid for a full roof installation including replacement of flashing. I suffered water damage 4 months after they installed my roof because they kept the old flashing. They wouldn't take responsibility for their faulty craftmanship until I had another company climb on my roof and run a hose over the suspicious ripped up bent metal while I video taped the pouring water down the wall of my covered porch. Finally, they repaired the flashing but have not been back to test their work. They refuse to repair my interior wall damage and deny that their faulty leaking roof was the reason. I had a painter, a home inspector and Terminix all give their professional opinion that the newly installed roof was the cause of damage to my home. ***** Steele's excuse to me for not replacing my flashing was because it might cost me more money because the siding may get damaged in the process. He never told me there was ripped up flashing Instead he tried to justify his faulty work by saying he was trying to save me money. Meanwhile I never was told of the problem or given any options. Months later I have interior wall damage that he won't fix as a result of what 3 professional and a video prove to be from his bad craftsmanship and his unwillingness to fulfil his contractual obligation. And I paid all Cash.

  Hi ******,I am sorry you had a poor experience working with my company. We work to suit the needs of everyone, but inevitably, there is always a few we cannot please. We did, however, go out of our way to attend to your many issues. We made over 30 trips to your house to look at your roof, siding, and attic space. We went above and beyond by repairing rotted wood that had nothing to do with the roof and was never part of our original scope. We took you up on to the roof to discuss the condition of your roof, storm damage, the roof components, shingles, wear & tear, and life expectancy. I answered your persistent phone calls, text messages, and emails all day and night and all weekend. Our team endured your screaming at them and using derogatory language. Unfortunately, we had to draw the line somewhere. We agreed to replace your flashing and siding, only after you had a stranger (as you put it) go on your roof and stick a hose into the wall. This flashing went behind your ship lap siding which we communicated on the front end would need to come out in order to replace it. You opted not to do this work. However, we communicated to you that we would not address the bubbling plaster along your floor, as this was unrelated to your roof and was a condensation issue from the vent. In any event, I wish you the very best, and apologize we could not address all of your home issues for you.Sincerely,**** Steele

  Please accept our over-the-top thanks, and pass them on to .....and crew, for the engineering and experience that resulted in new gutters and downspouts. After a tropical storm and now several 3"-5" downpours the grill deck now drains the rain easily, and the patio deck and new doors stay DRY. You all corrected a 10 year problem and aggravation. We can't thank you enough. Best, ......
