    I was introduced to this company through a *************** meeting, great car salespeople. - Three months from contact to completion of my roof installation - Not very responsive to calls or text messages - Too many excuses for delayed or non-responses - Damages to my home initially denied by workers - Beware of deceptive sales pitches - Major issue when I was told my insurance premium would not be impacted because the damage was caused by a natural disaster (hail) I had my roof replaced in 2012 based on the same declaration and my insurance premium was not impacted then - With this company, on Jun 26, 2025, I learned my homeowner's premium increased by $1.2K

    I loved the crew The team work they had was great It was like boom boom and it was done The clean up was great I found no evidence of work in my yard They did amazing work

    I had scheduled a roof inspection and meeting with ******* and ******. The date and time were confirmed. I was told that I would be contacted prior to their arrival. I never received a call or text, nor did anyone show up for the inspection. I also never received a call or text afterwards apologizing.Those are huge red flags.
