    On May 24, 2024, I went in to the Big Frog Custom store to place an order for my business. I placed an order for 4 XL shirts. I needed them for May 29, 2024. I had a business event and I wanted to look professional. I called in the next day on May 25, 2024 and I paid for the total amount and requested to pick up items on May 29, 2024. I called into the store on Wednesday, May 22nd to see if my order would be ready. I was shocked when I was told that the order was put in late or shipment is going to be late. So, I was messed up having a uniform for my gig on May 29th. I was informed that I could order a lower class shirt and I would receive on time. But, I didn't want to settle when it was not for fault. Why is the customer suffering. I decided to wait it out and receive the items later. I was told the items would be in on May 31st. I waited patient and I was told that the items were in. I picked up the items but I did not check them until I got home. When I got home I realized that only two of the shirts had the correct sizes. I wanted all XL shirts. I immediately contacted the owner (***). The shirts were never worked. I explained to him the disappointed that we have suffered again one and after another. He didn't believe me. I explained that I would bring the shirts into the office to show him. I returned again to show him and he told me that he would honor the error and the shirts that was error would go to charity. When I returned home, I guess he changed his mind. I came back within 24 hours. I had to drive 1 hour and half one way to come back. I was delayed because of delay in there error in shipment now I am being rejected with damaged shirts. I just want my refund. *** emailed me explaining there is no refund at all. There business is very bad. They do not help the customer. I just want my refund.
