    I left an item to be engraved on November 13 2024 and have called numerous times and and the voice says they are helping othercustomers..I ride to the company within 5 minutes and they are not open. I go by there everyday and they are never open. I call and leave messages and no one ever return a phone call and most times when I call it says the mailbox is full. I have pictures of the front door of the business that shows they are always close. I want to get my item back before Christmas because it is Christmas gift.

    Certainly, this customer brought into our shop an item to be embroidered. Unfortunately thereafter, an emergency forced our shop to be close for about two weeks. We had no electricity or other utility functioning on the premise. As noted in the customer's complaint, even our communications were affected. 

    As soon as our emergency closure was addressed, Ms. ******** was able to get in touch with us and decided to stop by the shop to collect her piece of fabric, even though we offered to do the embroidery, still ahead of due date.

    It is frankly a surprise to know that her acceptance of our apology was not final; as she seemed okay after we sincerely explained our plight.
