    On April 2nd, 2023 I went this business to get my iPhone screen repaired. I was quoted a price, I agreed and work began on my phone. Upon completing the job, I prepare my bank card to pay for the service. I insert my card and select credit, the store employee (who I believe also the owner) says In case you call to dispute the charge just know we have you on camera.. I was extremely insulted. He said he has been in business for three years and something like that has occurred before. Regardless of your past experiences no customer should feel as if theyre being called a thief or scammer.

    We strive to continuously provide excellent customer service and hate that you left our business feeling insulted as that was never our intention. During your last visit, there were a few unsuccessful attempts to enter the card pin and as such we simply wanted to assure that you were protected as a consumer but we never intended to question you integrity. During a follow up conversation with you, we extended our sincerest apologies again, extended a generous discount on your next service and offered a refund for the transaction that occurred on April 2, 2023. We are happy that you afforded us the opportunity to openly discuss our perspective and are glad that you accepted this gesture to rectify the situation. We hope that you allow us the opportunity to earn your business again in the future and look forward to working with you the next time that your phone is in need of repairs. We send you $50 as gift from our store.
