24th feb 2025 16 channel camera wirh dvr . I gave this company 7 locations business and every store complaint abiut his service. He not owner the service and never give the system which is discuss. We want to make sure he service all our locations and not cheating with other business.Business Response

This customer has everything installed that he was promised every single item he has been awarded.
Our distributor left out the hard drive of his unit. Initially we were unaware of this. The customer called into the office cussing and threatening employees so we elected to mail the customer a hard drive for him to install himself to ensure the safety of our employees. We instructed the customer we would not be returning to his site due to threats that he made against the owner and employees.

I am rejecting this response because: owner of safe home comoany making story of thratening to avoid the service. Send the random hard drive without cable and company *** told us they will black listed this dealer as they have other customers complaint from safe home. We give him business in past and he did the same thing . When ever they need to service it . They start making story. We also file the comolaint to attorney genral. He can go to location *** install hard drive and service in furture within reasonable time. Our other location he went to fix the camera after one month because my other partber follow up so many time. He is very unprofessional person.Initial Complaint

?Called them to install an entire home security system based on great reviews. Accepted their $6,000 quote without haggling. Took the owners advice to buy their top of the line system. They installed a few months ago and were great when they hadnt been paid. Now our doorbell has been out for THREE WEEKS. Without coming out said its our transformer. ****. Electrician replaced it. Still not working. Our electrician took off the faceplate and said Heres the problem. When it was installed it was shoved in so hard by the tech that the wires almost severed. Thats why it only lasted a few months then died.. Still no help from these guys. Waited all day yesterday for a technician to come. Never showed. We had to put our dog to sleep so my husband had to go do that alone because I had to wait for the tech. No show. No call. Will not come to help us. I called this morning in a not great mood but did not curse did not yell. Asked for accountability. How would yall feel? The owner told me to check my attitude then hung up on me. Theres only so long you can be subservient and beg. BEWARE IF YOU EVER NEED FOLLOW UP HELP. (Now lets see what the reply says. And no I did not curse. I am frustrated.)DO NOT EXPLAIN HERE. This complaint is completely ludicrous. They have a doorbell transformer that was not installed by us. That is the issue. None of the equipment we installed is problematic however we have offered to replace the doorbell transformer. The customer refuses to let us.
If the customer refuses to speak to us or let us on the property, there's nothing we can do.

I spoke with ********, It took him about a week for Mr *** to show up. I can not recall the date *************** or ************, I'm not too sure of his first name I will call him Mr **** of Safe Home Security Charlotte .Looked at Job, took 2 cameras off the house tested both, They work fine.,Mr *** said that the cabling went bad and it was about 3pm that day, He did not want to replace the cabling he said there is 2 splitters, 1 splitter can do 1 cable will work 2 camera, He said he will be back tomorrow, never did show up, One week has gone by no word, Text the office Mr ******** he said it will be 1 week before he is able to return? that was 7/6/23 on 7/13/23 no word on 7/15/23 Mr ******** text me the tech (Mr *** is trying to find the part he said the tech MR ** will call me, No word At this time I was frustrated. I text Mr ******** and ask him to give me Mr ************** or Mr ** phone number This is what Mr ******** said Mr ************** the owner brought me on is to help assist and relay messages so that he could focus on other areas of the business so I am always very reluctant to hand out his phone number . However I will clear it with him that it is OK Please understand that I am just respecting the owner's boundaries. In this case this has bin going on for sometime what about me understand me and my situation, Mr ************** and Mr *** put the job in on 2/4/22.I been trying to have Mr *** back *************** said Mr *** is out of town Installing a Job.What I think that they don't want to be bothered. This account of circumstances is absolutely incorrect.
We were called due to a camera not working. My head technician went to the home in question and discovered a rodent of some sort we suspect a rat chewed through the cable for the camera in question.
We explained the situation to the customer and told him if he wanted to pay to have us run a new line we would and it would not be an issue. He refused.
Customer wants camera fixed but does not want to pay to have this done. We did not sign up for a service contract with our company, so a rodent is not covered under a warranty. The camera works perfectly we tested it on another cable. The only issue that is present here is a cable being chewed in half. If client would like to pay for this repair we would be happy to assist.
