    *************************** was my contact. The shed of concern is the 10 x 20 that was built on site Feb 2021. Very shortly after the build I saw a dip in the roof. I contacted ***** and he stated they were very busy however he would have someone check out my issue. The July text included a picture of water damage near the entrance.Beginning the spring of 2021 through Oct. 2021 I sent several text messages to *****; sometimes I got a reply, sometimes I did not. His last reply was Oct. 2021 when he said he would schedule the framers. I sent a text in Dec. 2021 reminding him we were coming upon a year. Subsequently, the 2nd shed I purchased was delivered and setup Mar 2021 without incident.

     I knew it was too good to be true.  The repairs have not taken place; only empty promises.
