    Reluxme, LLC owner rents out his home on his company website, AirBNB, Travelocity and other sites even though the neighborhood HOA does not allow it. He lived there for a couple of years and moved, but kept his house and instead of following neighborhood guidelines has ignored them renting out his house for $320 and up a night. It has constant different short term tenants, he does not keep up his lawn, his customers parking all over the street. We have had to call the police for a huge party where a guest drove through is fence and had a street race at 3:00 am. Some have had pets they do not leash, others have rented the home just to throw parties. He continue to ignores his neighbor's requests that he stop short term renting, he ignores letters from the **** So when you rent from Reluxme, you never know if you are actually allowed to be renting there or not.
