2 starsThey were incredibly responsive when it came to making the big money on the install. Its very lackluster after that. They damaged my home during the install. I fixed the water leak and the cracked cap shingles on the roof. I emailed them explaining what happened. I called it a teachable moment and asked them to talk to the install crew about how this could have been prevented. I never go a reply. I called and spoke to someone about my email and they promised to pass along my message. Never heard a word. Two times my system has failed and needed repair. Each time the repair process took over 30 days. Never because of parts, they just always seem overwhelmed in the service department. To be fair, the repair prices were very reasonable.Review fromAndrew B

**** has been great to work with. From the initial salesperson, to the installations and beyond they are easy to communicate with. The biggest selling point to me was where the solar panels and batteries were made. I had other Solar companies give me estimates, but their panels were made in *****, and only assembled in *******. I had no confidence in this option. Renus solar panels were manufactured in ********* and after doing our research, they were highly rated for quality and durability. They only use *********** walls or batteries for storage, which again is top ********** good thing about **** is that there is no middle man. They do not sub out any aspect of your solar project. A project manager is assigned to you, and they explain the entire process each step of the way. The project manager is always prompt, professional and knowledgeable. There is a lot more to it than you would imagine. From coordinating getting the proper permits from your local utility company, to scheduling the inspections, and the various installations, the project manager handles it all. So we were not jumping from one person to another within the ************** Company. That was really helpful to us. There are many solar companies on the market. If you dont do your research you could wind up with a sub par company and sub par solar equipment. I would highly recommend ************** to anyone interested in an above and beyond **************

I am difficult to please and in general dislike having outside contractors do the work. This experience could restore my faith in outside contractors. They communicated every step of the way. Did thing as they scheduled with the exception of a delay in permits that was not **** Energy's fault, but the county delayed. Everything went well and if you are looking for a Solar provider I would definitely recommend **** EnergyRenu Energy Solutions, LLC

Had a great experience. Five stars to everyone except *****. She was very slow on returning my response, gave us incorrect information. We had to ask 3 different times to get the ap for our phone and it took a long time to get someone to come out and cover the conduit on the house. Regarding Calli, I want to assure you that she is an excellent employee who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Her aim is always to provide clear and accurate information, which is why she may have advised you to wait for the engineer packet before proceeding further, as this is the proper protocol in most cases. There are also several team members and other departments working in the background to provide ***** and other project managers updates. It is a team effort and the project managers are to ensure information is passed along accurately.We understand the importance of timely communication and the need to keep our customers updated on the progress of their projects.
