I went to my body spa for a lymphatic massage , a service that I had to get because I just had lipo surgery . The service provider was not knowledgeable enough with lymphatic drainage as she stated, it was of no relief to me . The amount of pain and damage she caused is indescribable to the point I had to get needle drainage of the built up fluid I had in me . *** had to kick out more funds and find someone who could really help me with what I was going through and I can truly say her service was nothing like my body spa and she was very knowledgeable in all my questions . When I told the woman at my body spa that she didnt even put in my compression foams right nothing she did was right, she stated she had a brain f*** which made no sense when dealing with someones body and health . She was very unprofessional when I asked for some type of accommodation I was being nice and she simply said no . Thats not good business especially when youre in the wrong.

    Business Response

***************** started her post op massage journey with my body spa about 2 weeks after her surgery. She was referred by a continual client who also receives post op care with my body spa. ***************** expressed that she was experiencing soreness and pain in her abdomen area which was visibly swollen and some areas were starting to ******. The first appointment we focused on manual lymphatic massages to start to relieve her from the pressure and tension coming from swelling. The second appointment we did the same thing while implementing lipo cavitation to target the hardened tissue in her abdomen area. ***************** was informed and explained to the first appointment and second appointment why we would start to do partial lipo cavitation if manual massaging could not loosen the tissue that was hardening and she was okay with that decision.

It was heavily expressed to ***************** that she should be wearing compression at all times and she should order foam boards to provide more protection and compression to her body. She did not have foams at the start of her coming to my body spa. Also it was heavily expressed that she should be resting and not driving or compromising the recovery of her body. ***************** was driving herself to and from her appointments and did not have much help at home she expressed as well.

After ******************* last appointment she informed me after the weekend was over that she was experiencing swelling and did not have an explanation as to why. She began to ask for refunds for the previous appointments but I explained that our policy did not allow that because we have completed the services. ***************** then began to say it was because of my services that she started to swell and that I was too rough with her so she would like to be compensated for that. I expressed to her that I could not refund her but would like to help her if she wanted to come back and allow me to see what she was expressing.

Because I as a service provider know that I give all of my customers the same service, I wanted to check and make sure nothing else could have been going on. I reached out to the client who referred to ******* and asked her if she had anything said to her in regards to ***************** having a bad service. My client sent me a screenshot of ***************** telling her that after our last appointment she took her compression off for the weekend and woke up extremely swollen. That is the same time that ***************** reached out to me blaming me for the swelling and pain she was experiencing but in fact it was her neglect that caused the issue.

Attached is ***************** intake form that she signed consenting and understanding that we do not offer any refunds for services. ****************** came and was seen by our specialist on 2 different visits. Proper services were provided at both visits. I believe that ***************** started to get fluid building when she removed her faja way too soon and was being too active after just receiving surgery. Her fluid build up had started before her appointment. Fluid build up is normal after receiving any cosmic procedure. It was very critical for ***************** to keep on her faja to prevent fluid buildup. However, ***************** removed her faja and was being active extremely too soon. We take servicing our clients very seriously and we provide the best knowledge possible to ensure the best experience and outcome from all of our clients. We are not at fault or caused any medical issues to ****************** so at this time we will not be rendering any refunds on provided services.

I am rejecting this response because:

They response my body spa give is untrue I didnt not take any of my garments off she actually put my garments on wrong and blamed it as a brain f*** . Her response has nothing to do with the type of service she provided which was wrong she did not due what she was suppose to do as far lymphatic drainage she was not knowledgeable .
