    I paid for services that I was not able to receive due to my husband's health issue that I was and am still am his caregiver. I informed them after receiving 3 treatments which the first was a discounted one that I paid for and the other two were a part of the $1299 that the owner stated she will not refund as they don't give refunds. I never received ad papers sating that there would be no refunds of services not received, I have been asking for this since February after my husband almost died in the hospital of pneumonia and the flu. I have been his driver to **** ****** treatments and procedures of which he has two scheduled this month. He is on dialysis, has CHF, and liver cancer. I need my money as I don't have money to give away unless it is for a charity of my choice and this is not one.

    We understand your situation and have tried offering every solution possible to try and help. You purchased a package and have used 3 sessions, 4 total with your initial appointment and consultation. You requested a refund that we cannot offer as stated on each email sent and received, your package invoice, and our website. Weve attached the same screenshots that were sent to you with your name marked out for security purposes. However, we have still offered other spa services or products for the remaining balance in your package or to calculate the sessions you completed at an individual rate, which exceeds the amount of your package. We have tried every way possible to accommodate your request under these unfortunate circumstances.
