      Terrible experience. Owner/Director stole money from my account and SEVERAL other families accounts. She takes out random chargers from your checking account and when you bring it up to her, she becomes impossible to get a hold of. She won't return emails or phone calls and when/if you do finally get a hold of her she lies to you and says she will speak to her accountant and get the money back to you (no money received) or that she sent the check in the mail (again no mail received). One lie after another. Their Concord location shut down because the entire staff quit and instead of informing parents of staff quitting, she had parents all show up to drop their kids off and walk up to a locked empty school. After speaking to the teachers, they quit because they weren't being paid by her!!!! So not only was she taking money from families, she wasn't paying her staff!!!After months and months of trying desperately to get our money back that she stole from our bank account, her husband got involved and after the Concord location shut down, we got our money back.She is a horrible person and someone I would never trust my child with.We paid for curriculum books and my child never received anything. She runs it like a daycare instead of an actual school. Stay away from Thrive!!!!
