We just had an amazing experience with the Elephant Trunk Tree LLC Company, an incredible tree service. This business is worthy of the 5 Star rating that we gave them. ****** and his team are committed to excellence and we could not be happier with the results. We had a dangerous situation with a fallen huge pine tree positioned over a neighbor's fence and shed. ****** and his team brilliantly assessed this situation and immediately saved the day. I reached out to Elephant Trunk Tree and Landscaping for a quote to remove a small tree in my front yard. Raheim stopped by the same day and provided a very reasonable quote for removing the small tree, but also thoroughly explained the danger of two larger trees that were leaning over my house and driveway. I decided to remove all 3 trees and couldnt be happier with the service provided. ****** is very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. ****** and his crew did a beautiful job building a retaining wall and fire pit in our very difficult backyard. They showed up early and got to work without issue even working through a bit of rain. The crew stayed at it all day and into the evening, eventually leaving due to darkness. The crew arrived promptly the next morning to finish the project and clean up, leaving the yard better than when they arrived. Outstanding work from a great crew. We shopped around before deciding to allow Elephant Trunk ***************************** to remove an oak tree in our front yard. Damaged branches were hanging over our driveway causing concerns of potential vehicle damage. We wanted to remove this tree as soon as possible. ******, the owner came out to give us a quote. He was very professional & friendly. He was able to start the job the same day he gave us the quote. We were very pleased he was able to cut the tree down so quickly due to inclement weather conditions in the forecast. ****** didnt realized we wanted the ***** completely removed in order to widen our driveway but once we explained to him what our intentions were he ensured us they will remove the ***** as soon as possible. Elephant Trunk Tree and Landscaping represents ********** professionalism in work and customer ************************ needed to have several large oak limbs that were overhanging my property's roof to be safely removed at an affordable rate. After comparison shopping, I chose ****************** company to perform the work and was very satisfied with his work and business ethics.His team did an excellent job in terms of the time it took, the care to insure that all of the surroundings were protected, the safety exhibited in the process and thorough cleanup of the debris. As I have additional trees that will need to be addressed over the next several months, I will, without question, have Elephant Trunk Tree and Landscaping do the work.
