      9/3/2024 Palm Beach Tan deducted $***** out of my checking account when I had already called by the 27th that I was now unemployed and wished to downgrade to the $45 package. However Palm Beach tan charged me the ***** anyway and said I was ONE day late of their deadline to draft the account. The lady I spoke with for the Charlotte ***** ********, was very RUDE and had ZERO compassion that I was unemployed and I tried to explain that the ***** could actually buy me groceries that I am in desperate need of and going towards a state of destitution as well as getting evicted from my apartment. I believe that Palm Beach tan should reverse these charges and refund them to me. I have been a loyal customer to ********************** and plan to go back there when I am back on my feet. They have clearly shown no heart and no compassion. Please contact them to deal with this accordingly.

      I have attached to this response the *** agreements that were signed in February when starting the Diamond membership and in August for the downgrade to Gold of the membership. Both *** agreements state that changes to membership/billing must be made by the 25th of the month to take effect for the next month's billing on the 1st. The new *** agreement states that the new rates would start on 10/01/24. Additionally, services for the higher-level membership have been used twice this month.
