      Ansco & Associates were contracted by **** to bury a fiber optic cable along my front property line. They had to dig our freshly planted sod up about 8 feet from the curb and run a line under my driveway. When doing so, they damaged my new driveway. Since this install, the sod out front has not grown in properly and also needs to be replaced. I was told that day that the repair with happen within a few weeks. I have had to reach out to **** to obtain Ansco's information, no one from Ansco ever reached out. I finally was able to reach someone who provided a claim number. I have reached out multiple times for updates and a time frame and have heard nothing back. All I want is my property restored to the condition it was before they had to dig up my front yard.

      Ansco damaged my personal property (not an easement site) and they refused to repair it. I gave them 3 months to do so and let the office know.

      2023, January utility contract company dug two holes in my front yard to locate their boring tool and I have pictures of where they did the digging. The company finished the job for running **** fiber line, but did not finish removing dirt and replacing sod till April 2023. Next two years I slowly start having plumbing issues. December 31 2024 sewage backs up into my tubs and showers and I cannot get it unclogged. I had a plumber come out and he located the damage. Directly over the fiber line there is a dent in the sewer line from the boring tool. My line was pushed up causing a break 3 feet further at the 90deg elbow going to the main. Over time roots move into the crack blocking my line. January 2nd - I called the utility company that did the work and told them the damage is where they dug the hole and provided the pictures. January 7th - they dig up the hole and spliced the pipe where the bend is but not the break. The break is located directly under the sidewalk. They left the hole open and pipe exposed stating they will come back to finish when they get equipment and parts. January 9th - they called me today saying they were not responsible for the damage and will not finish the job.

      Below is the response from our internal customer care department to the ** directly regarding our investigation of this matter: 

      Mr. *** per our conversation earlier I advised that I would be speaking with the Supervisor and the Manager regarding the sewer issue. It was discussed and the manager is still stating that there is No burden of Proof that the fiber caused the damage to the sewer line, based on the pictures provided by the camera that was ran by the plumber you hired the obstruction to the line appears to be tree roots, our crew did in fact dig up the line and no evidence of the fiber damaging the line. 

       At this time the sewer complaint on our end will be closed. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is what this company does. they deny, deny, deny. They have absolutely no positive reviews on ******, indeed, and any other site related to their company. If they were not at fault then why did they start repairs and not finish? I have attached a picture showing what the plumber ( who they hired ) did in fixing only part of the problem. Also I was not even home when the plumber showed up and started patching the line. not even a phone call to say hey I am here can I start work? Not to mention they drilled and routed the AT&T fiber line past the easement into my property. I am reaching out to an attorney to pursue legal action for this.

      The nature of this complaint is "failure to properly clean-up work site.Details: In early October, the company personnel were inspecting gas lines in this community. To accomplish this task, it was necessary for then to excavate a large hole in my yard. This process resulted in a large pile of **** being piled up on or very near the sidewalk and left a very noticeable stain on the sidewalk. Several calls to the company to return and clean-up their work site have not resulted in a positive response. The *** for this community is complaining to me about the stain on the sidewalk. I believe it is the responsibility of ANSCO to have the stain professionally removed. Attempts to contact the company complaint representative via email have been unsuccessful.

      Ansco was contracted by ATT to install lines. They came out in 12/2022 to install and hit my water meter causing water gushing and yard erosion. Spoke Ansco and they advised they were turning the issue over to Liberty Mutual and that I would receive an email from them. I have to date not received anything. I need my yard repaired as this was an issue caused by Ansco. I have been trying to get this problem fixed and have been unable to get anyone to tell me what I need to do and who to reach out to with Liberty Mutual. No insurance policy number provided to be able to file my own claim. I will reach out to insurance commission next if this is not resolved.

      Ansco will address and correct the landscaping issues with the ** directly. Our insurer, ********* ******* has had conversations with the claimant regarding her issues and explained that we tendered the claim to our subcontractor who performed the work.  Since the claim remains unresolved, ********* will be contacting her to coordinate having an appraiser go out and inspect the damage as reported. Once the claim has been evaluated, **************;will contact her to resolve her claim.

      Ansco & Associates customer issues recap Property addresses: *********************************************************************************************************************************************/2/24 & 5/3/24: Ansco & Associates (contractor for ***** were digging in yards on ************ to replace an **** cable line. I spoke with them before they left on 5/3/24 and asked when they would remove the dirt pile they left, re-anchor my mailbox, seed the bare area and remove the large metal reel with orange cable/conduit from the yard. They said they would return 5/6/24 to take care of the above.5/23/24: I called Ansco customer service *************) to report the above listed issues have not been taken care of. I was told by the customer service agent that ********************** would be out next week to resolve the issues.5/29/24: I received a call from *************************, Ansco Project Manager, that the issues would be resolved next week.6/6/24: I called *************************, Ansco Project Manager *************) and left him a voice message to inform him that no one from Ansco has been out to resolved the pending issues.6/10/24: I left ************************* a voice message stating once again that the issues were not resolved. No one has been out from Ansco.6/10/24: ************************* called me back. He told me he would reach out to the supervisor in the area.6/19/24: I left a voice message for ************************* that Ansco has not been out to fix the issues.6/24/24: Still no resolution. I called and spoke with *************************. He said he would call me back in the afternoon after he talks to the local supervisor. I did not receive a call from **** in the afternoon.as of 7/8/24 Ansco has not been out to resolve the issues.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Thank you BBB for offering your service that prompted Ansco & Associates to finally complete the project..  How unfortunate for consumers that it takes filing a claim before Ansco & Associates would take responsibility and fix the mess they left in several neighbors yards. .

      They have been in the neighborhood running fiber for ***** They guys are pushy and rude. They have messed up my yard and parked a tractor on my yard damaging it. They say they will not fix it. Ive attached a picture of the tractor in my yard. I really dont think the tractor has to be parked in the yard the area that they were digging up was very close to the street and they had been digging from the street and when they were done for some reason they parked the tractor in my yard. They have also ruptured gas lines several times causing a hazmat response from ******* *************** and CenterPoint. Because of that we have gone without any hot water.

      Restoration has been completed and no sign of damage from the excavator is present in the **'s yard. There are only visual disturbances of ground where the inner duct pipe was installed underground. We attempted to speak with the ** but no one was at home at the time.

      On or about February 2023, Ansco & Associates began the installation of lines/cables/wiring as an agent for **** Fiber. The cables are connected to nearby cell towers. The cables were buried on/near/under my property without my permission. The location of the cable installation was selected as retaliation for personal slights or vendettas by the business owners or associates. The lines were installed near/under my home so the resulting radiation would negatively impact my health, up to and including injury or death. ****** are buried on/under my property serving as a cell tower grounding which emits electrical current and radiation. I want the lines removed. There is sufficient space in the area where homes are not present where these lines can be relocated.

      I am rejecting this response because: Ansco & Associates is a collaborator with corrupt law enforcement, vigilante neighborhood watch, racist brotherhoods, and unethical fraternities to stalk and harass me, to cause harm or even death. Ansco & Associates is emboldened to operate illegally and unethically as they have protections and solidarity with entities working outside of the law. Ansco & Associates is an operative of corrupt law enforcement hiding behind FISA Section 702, intended for foreign threats, but is being used against American citizens. The federal government is aware of FISA abuses and Ansco & Associates is a collaborator and facilitator of abuse toward illegally targeted individuals. Their response reflects their willingness to obstruct and prolong justice, and to collaborate in causing harm.

      I came home on 9/16/2023 to find employees of this company in my backyard which is fenced in. They stated that they didn't think they needed permission to be in my backyard because there was a for sale in the yard. There is a HUGE for sale sign in the front area with a phone number on it that they didn't call. They immediately left my property. I reached out to the company to find out why they were back there. A representative called me back stating they would be back out there to finish the job on 9/25/2023, They have not come back and the representative will not respond to me. I am considering seeking legal action, because currently have my house for sale, and now my backyard is destroyed. I would like them to come back out and finish.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is not true. I have been told twice now that they will be coming out to finish clearing the hole that they left in my backyard. They never got permission to come in my yard. I explained to the representative that they are allowed to come back ONLY if they fix the hole that they left. If not, then I will secure my fence so this company nor AT&T can gain access again, and follow through with my attorney. .
