      ACN is a company that provides a platform for people of all backgrounds to win. This business is only for people who have a go get it mentality. You have the ability to take charge of your financial future. This is not a get rich quick scheme. This is a long term business that allows the average person who has work ethic to earn true residual income.

      Great Company! I've been associated with for 9 years and received nothing but top notch professionalism and support! They even implemented a idea I had in mind and I didn't convey it to them. They are just out to help people succeed.

      ACN to support a friend I signed up with ACN first as a business owner to create residual income and I knew it wasn't for me because you have to go out (I felt) and chase people to get them to use your business and many people that I approached had already had a bad experience with ACN and once I was able to approach without a bad experience listen to their zoom meetings and were not interested and stated that it sound like a pyramid scheme and they did not want to get involved I also became a customer by getting a alarm system through ACN by Vivint as well as using ACN as my supplier for my electric and gas and I'm still trying to see if that was worth it for I am retired and as anyone knows when you retire every ***** counts and if that ***** is not working to make life easier what's the point anyway they sent me cell phone SIM cards which was not compatible with the two phones that I had so I saw no point in keeping the cards according to the envelope sent from flash Mobile it was dated 7/5/2022 they arrived at my house on July 11th and I mailed them back certified mail July 14th 2022 yesterday's date was August 23rd and I called their customer service which took a while to get anyone on the chat and he told me he could not help me with my refund and I was not getting back my money which came to a total of $164.63 for two SIM cards and I would like to have my money back because they have their cards which was mailed back to ************************************************************************** again via certified mail receipt can you please help me

      Their customer service is horrendous. I'm low income, they used to take the money out of the account within 24 hours. Which meant that when I authorized the payment I only had to worry about other bills taking it out before them for a few hours. Last month I authorized the payment and they didn't attempt to take money out of my account for 3-4 days which means other bills got to it first. Any one who is juggling bills knows you can't always control when they come out. But 3-4 days after authorization is horrible. Especially since they didn't bother telling me their was a payment issue until a WEEK after I made the authorization. So i got charged an NSF fee (40 dollars) And when I called to get answers they talked in circles. Avoided answering what I actually asked. Which was "why didn't it try to take the money sooner?" and "why wasn't I contacted earlier than a week after?". That's all I wanted to know because I was upset at an extra charge that threw off my **** balance. I ended up having to choose between gas to get to work and food. Then after reauthorizing the payment they didn't take the payment out until the end of the month. Don't thank someone for a payment before you take it. It gives false security. Also nothing is more frustrating than trying to understand someone talking in a heavy french accent while you are trying to be calm and polite, while crying. Also If I could leave 0 stars I would have.

      Acn i have tried 3 different phone # trying to talk to a person,they never answer there phones,trying to get payments stopped ,because i dont even use it,sent a message,have not been answered back ,talk or tried to with support to cancel,its like its a robot,you cant get anywhere,i guess this is how they make there money ,by making it inpossible to get ahold of anyone,got it in feb dont use,have tried for a week now trying to get ahold of someone.
