The same thing happened to our family after we applied for a rental property. We actually had the credit score numbers, and the 3rd party management agency sends the rejection letter also based from credit and no other factors, but have all of our information. Again if credit is the soul reason for a rental app to be approved or not, then just reject sooner after pulling the credit, why go though all the calling of landlords and employment? The application fee per adult and anyone 18 is absurd, its a money pit for application fees and they select who they want, especially after viewing the property, when in fact its the agent viewing us and reporting back to the owner, which kind of makes things a bit biased. Stop taking money in application fees from good people just trying to move, relocate or add more space for a growing family. Stop It.

The applications are processed according to the property management companies criteria to ensure that all applicants are screened the same with no bias.
