    Grout & Tile Cleaning Services performed work for me on my tile. The work product was clean and he guaranteed his work. The grout started chipping away in multiple locations. I reached out to him on several occasions to come and fix the areas that chipped and there was no response. I called him and he responded asking me to send a text. I sent a text to all 3 of his numbers asking for a time and date. He responded and stated that he would come the following Monday at 3:30. I took off work to meet him on this day and he was a no show and he no longer responded to my text. The lack of a response or him not showing up to correct his work leads me to believe that this was not a first time that he has done this and I don't and will not recommend him to perform any work for anyone,
