5 starsI was in over my head and facing health issues, and felt hopeless and burdened by a contract that was beyond my ability to pay or even use. ******* became my touchstone and gently guided me through the process of getting my contract down to an amazingly manageable amount. 5 stars************** was a huge help in getting my timeshare obligation reduced, thereby relieving me of a substantial long-term debt. She was a great partner in preparing me for all conversations and motivating me to take action. She was personable and professional. The cost of the service was not insignificant, but it provided the results that I needed to fit my current situation. 5 starsThe total cost of this service was less than what we will save in the first year. *** told us exactly what to expect and what to say. We had a total of seven timeshare contracts with XXXX XXXXXXX, one with a balance over $30,000, and six paid **** but still accruing maintenance fees. *** advised us each step of the way to restructure the open contract so that the balance is now just over $1,000. Our payments went from $600/month to slightly over $80/month. With her help, we are in the process of exiting our paid off contracts, which will wipe out an additional $1,000/month in maintenance fees.Review fromLinda P

5 starsWe are only partway through the process. So far we have managed to reduce our points and therefore reduce our mortgage payments and maintenance fees. Our next steps are to pay of the remaining balance of the mortgage and exit without any impact to our credit. *** has been amazing and has kept me informed and held my hand every step of the way. I was given the option to keep the time share at the new levels or keep going to completely exit. For my husband and I, we just want out . I am very pleased with the whole ordeal of getting my timeshare canceled. This company really knows what they're talking about because every step we discussed is what happened. Kat James walked me through each step and kept me informed along the way. It is a big relief to have this off my chest and off of my checkbook. I appreciate the time and expertise of Kat James and the rest of the staff that helped me achieve my goal of restructuring and canceling my timeshare.
