5 starsWe hired Linx Legal last year when we discovered the timeshare company we purchased from greatly misled us about what we were getting ourselves into, and our attempts to get out of the contract ourselves just left us frustrated with conflicting information. From the getgo, the team at Linx Legal was extremely helpful, laying out everything we needed to do to get the exit process going. We were assigned ***** ******* as our case manager, and we could not have asked for someone better to work with. In addition to her relentless pursuit of the timeshare company, she was also extremely communicative, regularly keeping up with us even if it was just to let us know that she was still waiting on a response. Any time we had a question or expressed a concern, she was quick to reply and provide us with helpful and comforting information. It took a little over a year to exit with the ********* company, but it's thankfully resolved. We're happy with our choice to work with Linx Legal.Review fromCrandall S

1 starI initiated the service with Linx Legal, due the company gaining my trust with explaining who they are and how they have been successful, and thr prompt response I received as I had questions prior to singing up to receive their help. Are you in a timeshare and just want to get released from it. Contact Linx Legal for help. My husband and I are very pleased with Linx Legal. They did what they said they would do with very little asked from us. We talked with 3 different people in this process and all 3 were very kind, understanding and informative. They made us aware of allot of things that we just didn't know or realize. Even tho they have gotten us out of our timeshare they are still there for us if we need them. **** Hitlock helped us to exit our timeshare with ********. The process took a lot of time and was due to ********'s reluctance to provide responses. When my wife and I first considered exiting our timeshare we had no experience with a company we could trust to work with. With many of them being outright scams, we thought who could we trust? After extensive research, reading reviews and the BBB we decided to take a chance on Linx Legal, and we are glad we did! Every interaction from the first phone call and meeting with ***** ***** to the last communication from **** ********* was professional, pleasant and gave us a sense of security. The money back guarantee cemented our decision. The process with **** was over a year long (which he told us it could be) but he kept in communication reassuring us that each step was according to plan and it would be resolved. And it is resolved! His continual calm, professional and friendly personality made it easier to be patient and trust the process.
