    Purchased an electric snowblower from this brand that is advertised as running up to 44 minutes but only runs ***** minutes. False Advertising. Retailer refuses to refund and Wild Badger Power refuses to refund and acknowledge.

    I gave them one star because they did ship it. Parts are missing & customer service is nonexistent. Do not buy their products.

    They sell products that do not work. Called to get a replace and they told me to take it to a repair center. I told them i wanted a refund on the product. They said hold for customer service. After a few minutes the phone disconnected. Tried calling back 4 times and i received a high call volume. I called agin quickly after getting these message on a different phone number and i received the first person i talked to quickly. They aren't repairing, replacing, or refunding anything. They are scamming people out of money knowingly. This company needs to be under investigation. I lost my money but I want these people to be shutdown asap!!!
