  My car was towed by these people and to be able to charge more money I had to pay way more than I should have for the mistakes they made. *** asked for a receipt over and over then get a blank one in my email. Im then told I must not know how to work email and find someone who can to see the so called receipt that he sent to me. Although he did say he did it in front of his wife so that means he is such an honest person. That statement made me feel like I'm the idiot and the liar. Only honest people would do something in front of a loved one right? All I want is a receipt to get at least the $100 back from insurance. They have my money. What is the problem? It's a receipt!

  This is the worsted towing company I have ever dealt with on April 18,2024 when I used this service I have contacted the owner several of times about getting a copy of a receipt to turn in to my insurance companyIve contacted *** so many time about getting a copy of a receipt he stop answering my calls April 20th,2024 I got a receipt but not fully detailed on the what when and where my car was towed so I reached back out to him Tuesday April 30th asking him when will I receive a copy of my receipt once again he had so many excuses each time I have reached out and still its May 2nd,2024 no receipt from this company Ray Harris is so unprofessional and he is a fraud towing company I paid you ****** and all I need is a piece of paper you got your money why I cant get a receipt I will be taking this to court!!!

  Horrible experience 11/11/23 - 6:00pm - Our company had a truck breakdown in *********, **. We contacted *** Harris Towing to tow the truck to our shop in *********, **. 9:30pm - The trucks gps and cameras showed them picking up our truck from the location it broke down.11/12/23 - 8:30am - our truck was not dropped off. I tried several times to contact *** Harris Towing throughout the morning. No response.10:00am - I logged into the trucks gps and it is located at a completely different location than where it broke down and not where I asked to get it towed. I contacted another tow company who picked it up from the location it was randomly left by Ray Harris Towing and had them tow it back to our shop. Now, I figured it was our responsibility to get it back to our shop. *** Harris kept the key, therefore we had to use our spare key to get it off the tow truck. 3:30pm - Ray Harris Towing finally called asking for payment of the unfulfilled service. They wanted us to pay $800 for a 20 mile tow, that wasnt to the location we asked. The person on the phone ended up giving us a deal for $300. We didnt understand why we had to pay for a service that they didnt complete to our request and was left completely negligent and open for theft or valuables or our equipment and impoundment. They were very rude about negotiating the bill/service provided and therefore, we paid them just to appease them and hoped to never deal with them again.11/13/23 - 9:00am - We get in the truck, which is now at our shop to find now the spare key is missing. We looked on our cameras and see Ray Harris Towing came to our shop on 11/12/23 at 3:23pm and got the spare key out of it. Now they have both keys. From there, we contacted *** Harris towing and they said they didnt come to our shop and dont have the spare key but, they would return the original key. We ended up having to file a police report and seek counsel from our attorney at hand to get the spare key back.
