    we had used this company for a long time with few complaints. then a person died which was very sad. after that, the quality of service and communication tanked. we cancelled service. then asked to restart service to see if they had their act back together. they do not. they will not respond to any emails or phone calls. one of the phones is out of service. i told them at least 3 times that they did not wash the outside of the trash cans for at least 3 months and they are still dirty. They never came back to clean them and they didnt give me a refund so I am requesting a refund for the last three months of $37.38 per month. 37.38x3=$112.14

    Hello,

         We recieved a complaint from this client on November ****** stating that her bins had not been cleaned to her liking on the outside.

    We communicated that we could come back and clean them on the outside via phone call.

    We did not hear back from this client until November 24, 2024 via email.

    She asked to discontinue her service and communicated that she was unhappuy with the service she got.

    So we discontinued service for her at that time.

    She did not ask for a refund at that time but did threaten to go to the BBB if her demands of stopping the service and having a phone call werent met.

    We stopped the service and did not initiate a call, we just sent her an email that we were sorry to see her go.

    We do not wish to engage in any arguing or fighting and keep transacctions civilized.

    We would be happy to refund her for the 1 service that she complained about on November ******.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I hired back spotless bins, and after the first cleaning, the outside was still filthy with raccoon handprints and mud all over. I told them about it and they think they called me but they did not. I would have obviously told them to please come out and clean the cans correctly. then the second month before they came out to clean it again I preemptively asked them to make sure the outside were cleaned very well as I never heard back from them the first time and they never got in touch with me in anyway before or after the person came to poorly clean the cans and the outsides were still dirty. That is why I am asking for two months refund instead of just one because even though they think they called me, they did not. I have no record of that. I obviously would have had them come back out because Ive had them do that in the past when I hired them the first go round. One of their phone numbers is disconnected and I dont know if they realize that. Also, one of their phone numbers is incorrect on the email that they sent out. I called them all and they did not call me back.

    We are able to offer the one refunded service based on the email complaint that we received.

    The client did not complain 2 services ago. It was only 1 service that was complained about. We feel that the one refunded service is fair based on all of our evidence that we have looked over "Emails from the client" and photos of her clean bins after cleanings took place. If this is acceptable to the client we would be happy to go forward.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

    They can mail me a check. i will not give them any card information. 

    I assume if they do not do this that it will reopen the case.
