    Subject: Complaint Regarding Purchase of Defective Vehicle I am writing to file a formal complaint against Kiplin Automotive Group regarding the purchase of a vehicle, 2016 Chrysler 300, which has presented persistent mechanical issues since its acquisition on 4-24-2023. My attempts to resolve these issues directly with the dealership have been unfruitful, necessitating the intervention of a neutral third-party mediator such as the Better Business Bureau.The vehicle in question, upon purchase, exhibited symptoms of a faulty transmission, which ultimately required extensive repairs. Despite being under warranty, the dealership insisted that I share the financial burden for the transmission replacement, leaving me without a functional vehicle for a period of five months. Throughout this time, I diligently continued to make payments on the car loan despite the vehicle's inoperability, in good faith and expectation of receiving a reliable means of transportation.Regrettably, the recent recurrence of mechanical issues has further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with the quality of the vehicle and the lack of accountability demonstrated by the dealership. After driving the car for a mere three months following the transmission replacement, the head gasket has now failed, rendering the vehicle inoperable once again. This development not only poses a significant inconvenience but also raises concerns about the overall safety and reliability of the vehicle.I have made multiple attempts to engage with Kiplin Automotive Group to address these issues, including written correspondence and in-person visits to their establishment. However, the responses provided have been inadequate and have failed to offer a satisfactory resolution to the ongoing mechanical problems plaguing the vehicle.In light of the foregoing, I am seeking the intervention of the Better Business Bureau to facilitate a fair and equitable resolution to this matter.
