I used their mobile vet service twice.on Feb 7, 2023, my llama is laying on the knees for days, I called their vet service, and they told me I called in too late and suggest me to put the llama down without doing any testing. Trusting their word, I paid them $415 to put down the animal. On Aug 14, my alpaca is laying *** on the knees, which same like the llama, but eating and drinking good. I remembered what they said last time and called in the first day. They showed up and told me the alpaca is having fever and gave the alpaca a shot and some fluid and told me it will be fine, and I paid $331.25 for this service. However, after few hours, the alpaca died.By using their service twice, both my animal died, which is over $4000.00 value. I believe the vet did not perform their due diligence and treat animal correctly and professionally. Also in both service, they did not provide me with any paperwork. All I have is credit card charge in my credit card statement as attached.I hope BBB can help me to get my money back and have them compensate my loss too. Thanks for your help.

I am rejecting this response because: looks like BBB did not send the complaint to the correct VET per the respond, can you send the complaint to the correct VET location per the respond which should be in ************** location, thanks.

I am rejecting this response because: the vet just found all excuses to cover up his negligence and/or incompetency, plus use other people's word to give him excuses.  The tenant boarding the horses there are self cared, so that mean they take care of their own horses, which has nothing to do with my llama and aplcapa.  I did deworm the animal by feeding them feed mixed with dewormers which I bought from Tractor Supply and I still have left over there in my garage.

My alpaca has gone gone through all summer issues and also he does not felt good at the first thing in the morning, which the temperature is coolest time of day, so using the hot temperature as excuse is totally not acceptable.  As a vet, you get paid to cure the animal, but the alpaca dies hours after your treatment.  Now you try to find all other excuses to cover up your either negligence and/or competency.  Before your treatment, the aplaca eats and drinks normally, just kneeling there for a whole day without getting worse.  After your treatment, the alpalca died in hours.  My last llama, it has been kneeling down over a week and you told me too late to save her.  And this alpaca have same situation, which is just one day, you did the same killing him!
