This review is a result of a former client requesting additional services WEEKS after receiving the digital products she paid for and being respectfully told no. After continually being unapologetically late or no show to appointments, late payment, continual verbal abuse to include being yelled and cursing at, as well as the repeated defamation of character written and verbally, I ended the business relationship and promptly sent her the completed files/project she paid for and wished her well. She acknowledged this. This was June 7, 2024.On June 21, ************ requested a referral or to re-record some of the files to which I responded that I unfortunately didnt have the capacity to record nor did I have a referral for her. ************ in response continued to send disrespectful and threatening text messages as well as leaving this inaccurate review. This review is a result of a former customer with a terrible attitude and entitled disposition. No business is obligated to continue additional services after products have been rendered, especially after the repeated disrespect of a customer. We strive to empower and elevate the voices of small business owners and goal diggers. It is unfortunate ************ was unable to achieve this due to her actions and attitude. It is disheartening that a person would go this length attempting to discredit a small business because she didnt get her way AFTER the business relationship was terminated (due to her own actions) and unfortunately, legal action will be taken against ************ for her continued harassment, libel and slander. We wish her nothing but the best and appreciate the lessons learned with this experience.Review fromMr S
