      I am rejecting this response because: The water start clearing up somewhat once the filtration system was in the bypass mode however, its still cloudy and when I turned it back on, its even more cloudy

      en called the city and they do not come out unless theirs a problem with the cold water. That said, my hot water is still cloudy and no one knows what/where the issue may be.

      Thank you for contacting us regarding the complaint issued by our client in response to equipment performance. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.

      We have carefully reviewed the complaint and understand the concerns raised. We have reviewed the account, checked relevant records, and spoken to involved team members to ensure complete understanding of the situation and have determined that the softener is not the cause of any issues the customer is experiencing.

      Per the below notes from her service appointment on 2/28/2025:

      "Customer had new ********************** heater installed through T and M plumbing on February 20th.  Still experiencing oxygenated water on hot side. Very cloudy. It does clear up eventually.  Only hot side. Advised customer to leave in bypass for 2 weeks minimum and use lots of hot water. To completely drain soft water from heater. If problem persists, it will completely eliminate softener being the problem."

      This Culligan branch has improperly trained field technicians and terrible customer service. The field tech came to my home due to system no longer flowing. I have two systems, one upstairs and one downstairs. He recommed replacing filters in both at a cost of $129 each. He then charged approximately $200 for the service for a total bill of $474. That's right. $474 to replace water fiters that literally twist on. He left saying it would take time for the system to produce water and fill container. Well, the system did not flow and did not produce water. Called main office and told them I want them to come back and actually fix the system I paid them to fix. I also informed them I would not be paying for this second visit as they left me wiht non fuctioning equipment. They came back out a week later and simply bypassed one of the cartridges to get system flowing again. They sent me a bill for another $120 after agreeing to no charge. I called to complain and they said they will send my bill to collections. I am simply astounded that they would leave a customer wiht non functioning equipment and then have the audacity to charge for a 2nd visit to fix what was not fixed the first visit.
