    Appointment was for 9/20/22. I had not been given an arrival time so I contacted this franchise at Lake *****, **.. I was informed that the appointment had been changed to 9/21/22 without any notification. I stated that this was unacceptable since I had to work on 9/21/22. Manager stated that he was short staffed and that he would make sure that his workers would show up on 9/20 between 11:00 and 14:00. Needless to say, No Show!!!

    Hello, 

    I would first like to point out that this was sent for the incorrect location. The address where this work was preformed was at 420 ***************************************************, which is not in the territory of our Charlotte location but our Lake ***** location that is separate. 

     

    I was able to speak with the owner of the Lake ***** location. According to him the work was completed, customer was happy and the invoice has been paid. He did say that the team was running behind schedule and was not able to get there until just after the 2:00 pm arrival but called when they were on the way to the home. 

     

    I would like to ask that this is removed from the Charlotte location. As for any complaints with the Lake *********************** I am happy to reach out to *** to see if there is anything I can do to help resolve the situation and to make sure she was satisficed with the work that was preformed yesterday.
