    On 12/30 I purchased 4 passes to a class. I was confused about how to use the passes I purchased and how to sign up for a class. I contacted customer service on Instagram on 12/30 saying I was confused and needed clarification. They responded by giving me a customer service email to contact with my question. I emailed the customer service on 1/3 with my questions and did not hear anything back. I contacted the customer service on Instagram on 1/5 saying I had not heard anything from my email and asked for their help. They responded on 1/5 and said I had been sent a response via email and they attached a false image of an email (I know it is false because it improperly dated and time stamped and does not display email addresses) and they asked me to send my question again to the customer service email. On 1/5 I told them I did not have anything in my email or junkmail from their customer serivce but would send it again. On 1/9 I resent an email to customer service asking again how to use the passes I purchased. On 1/8 and 1/9 I recieved emails saying "You're all set for 4 tickets for the Charlotte location on Saturday, January 4th at 9am." This date had already passed so I assumed they mistyped the date. I emailed them on 1/9 and said I only wanted to use 2 of the passes for the upcoming Saturday. Then I receive an email on 1/9 saying my purchase was actually for 4 passes to be used all at once on 1/4 and they could not make adjustments or change the reservations. I responded on 1/10 and attached that response in this complaint. I walked them through my experience. I said I didn't even receive any answer from them about how to use the passes until after the 1/4 date. I am filing this complaint because I made a purchase and wanted to understand how to use it. I was given the run around until after a date that they said I was able to use the purchase. I literally don't know what I could have done differently to prevent this. I would love an apology and a refund.
