    Franchise owners, ****** and ***** ******, dont even deserve 1 star for their establishment. They allow members to essentially be harassed and threatened, so do not waste money on a membership here. There are plenty of other locations in the Charlotte area. Whatever you do, DO NOT go to the HotWorx location in South End. After only 4 days of being a member, I refuse to be treated with disrespect and not valued as they are super racist and only care to cater towards their caucasian members.

    We took careful review, received input from all parties and watched the video. When we attempted to get your perspective (your side of the story) of the event we noticed inaccuracies by you from the video and other witnesses. So as follows, ******* *******, you violated our community standards by lying about your interactions with the member involved and you called the police after he asked if he needed to call the police due to you taking pictures of him. Not only did you intimidate the member by recording and standing/sitting in front of his sauna for over 30 minutes after the interaction while waiting for the police, you lied about what happened. We have it on camera. When we wanted to get the full story from you became agitated when the suggestion of there being a misunderstanding had occurred. You then said you wanted to cancel and hung up on us on the phone. We texted you back to confirm the cancel and you confirmed with a literal FY at the end. I'm sorry we could not serve your specific requirements (no males) but we are thankful for our amazing community of members who add positive attitude and energy to the community. Our inclusive ownership, staff, and members make HOTWORX South End the eclectic, diverse community it is today! It is unfortunate that your account of the events did not match the video evidence, witness accounts, or have any bearing on reality. We wish you the best in another community.
