    On Jan 14, 2025 I joined Workout Anytime in China Grove. At the time I paid $10.00 for First Payment Dues, $20.00 for Card Fee for a total of $30.00. On Feb 2, 2025 I paid $600 for a personal trainer. Due to medical issues that I had I never did on session of training. I sent emails regarding cancelng my membership due to continued medical issues and surgery. I never did receive any emails back. On March 3, 2025 I sent them a letter requesting them to cancel my membership. They infomed me when I stopped in May 5, 2025 that they never received my letter.On the following days the dues were taken out: 3/14/25, 4/14/25 and 5/14/25. On 4/22/25 I called and spoke to the manager who informed me that he never got the letter, looked up my account real quick while we were on the phone. He asked why I wanted to cancel, said he would double check something real quick and put me on hold. He then asked me if there was a good date and time I could come in cause we do require a signature and get that taken care of. I told him about the freeze that was suppose to be put on my account and he said did that not happen. I told him no that it was taken out of my account twice. He said he would make surre I get a full refund and it is just convetinet that his boss is here as well and I will go talk to him and get this taken care of em as fast as possible. I also paid $600 for a trainer which I never used because of being sick, ya that is the ** freeze right there. I sent him an email and it didn't go through. I am going to go find that email so I have proof and then I am going to make sure we get you that refund ASAP
